This is an indication of how bad bed bug infestation is in some parts of New York City. New York Shitty took photos of an assortment of mattresses disposed on the street side one night, and in just one night - we should stress. Some of these mattresses are covered in plastic and carton, perhaps because it has been infested with those pesky bed bugs.Says New York Shitty:

According to this news story, one of the most bug-infested cities in the country is in Cincinnati, prompting residents and business leaders to campaign for more proactive awareness in the hopes of reducing and fighting off this…sucky problem. For instance, thrift stores have started refusing used mattresses or stuffed furniture and there is always a constant need to spray products for their own safety.

Ah, the bed bug problem. It’s a perpetual dilemma. Hence mattress manufacturers continuously come up with all kinds of products to fight these off. But are these new products really able to rid of bed bugs?
