A new study conducted by Better Sleep Council reveals plenty of consumers believe that a better mattress contribute to a more fulfilling intimate moment with their partners. The study concluded that with a new comfortable mattress couples are:

feeling more rested and cordial to each other during the day (52 percent).

less tossing and turning by their significant other - leading to less disturbances and annoyances during the night (40 percent).

encouragement to spend more time in bed with partner (27 percent).

improvement in their sex life (26 percent).

A recent report has indicated that since 2001, mattress sales has increased, thanks to a growing number of consumers who now view mattress purchase  as something as vital as, say choosing a car model. With a variety of mattress products today, including latest innovations that address mattress safety, consumers have more options and they have become better, smarter shoppers.

Competitors are chasing the success brought by the memory foam popularized by Lexington-based Tempur-Pedic, the nation’s fourth-leading mattress producer behind Sealy, Simmons and Serta.
