For allegedly violating federal antitrust law in relation to mattress mispricing, the court has dismissed a class-action lawsuit against Tempur-Pedic. With reports, below:

Tempur-Pedic International Inc., which makes and distributes mattresses and pillows, said a Georgia district court dismissed a purported antitrust class-action lawsuit, ruling that arguments cannot be refiled on the claim.

The complaint, filed on Jan. 5, alleged the company violated federal antitrust law due to some of its mattress prices, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 1.
